Shipping Policy

Turnaround
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If an order has items that are delicate or perishable your order will not ship on a Friday, but will ship the first Monday following receipt of order.

Carriers
We use FedEx to deliver our orders. You also have the option to pick up your order in person at our store.

Order Tracking
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers. We Don’t ship USPS. We do not accept orders shipped to a PO box. Please provide street address for shipping.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. We will contact you via email or telephone and allow you to substitute item or offer you a partial refund.

Shipping in Warm Weather
Due to the nature of some of our products, we cannot ship chocolate or yogurt covered items when the local temperature is above 80 degrees Fahrenheit. You may however order your products on line and choose to pick up your order in person at our location 2629 South Clovis Avenue (Corner of Clovis & Jensen) Fresno, California 93725.
